Charlene began her career in funeral care working alongside highly respected funeral professionals, where she developed a thorough understanding of every aspect of funeral arranging and directing. This experience shaped her belief that every family deserves a service that is dignified, carefully considered and deeply personal.
Alongside her funeral work, Charlene is an Adult Nurse with Cwm Taf Morgannwg University Health Board, a role that has further strengthened her ability to support people with sensitivity, composure and understanding.
